The component shop takes pride in the same high standards as observed
during the overhaul of engines with, again, manuals that are kept up to
date and access to the internet ensuring the latest S.B.'s, S.I.'s and A.D.'s
etc. are adhered to.

We cover a wide range of components to meet all engine requirements,
ranging from Continental fuel systems, Precision fuel systems, Volare
carburettors, to the full range of turbo controllers and valves, in addition to
which we also carry out overhaul and repair of Woodward, McCauley,
Hartzell and Aero Technologies propellor governors.

All the above are overhauled using all the special tooling, from fixtures to
oscilloscopes, and tested on regularly calibratedtest equipment covering all
the test requirements as called for by the manufacturer. The calibration of
your components on this equipment means that once they are fitted to the
engine ther will be very little if any adjustment required.
